He also should have the independent suspension, it makes burning out like that a little trickier and the IRS's can break more easily than the solid axle 8.8's. still pretty cool.
I agree with kcole mustang may have been under powered compared to the gm ponies but there is no beating the sound of the stangs. Even the new gt sounds better than the new Camaro ss it is ashame the big ass motor and it sounds like a Kia

Tired of this Ford vs. Chevy BS. I for one prefer the ls1, it makes more power N/A, and needs less psi to make power if supercharged. Both are great engines.

My point was, no matter what exhaust setup you have on a SBC, it still just has a plain sound to it. When you hear a 'Stang, you know you hear a Stang. They have a very remarkable tune to them.

Nasssssty....fyi since these cars are all or mostly alum (depending on yr) they get hotter if you turn them off rite after getting on them...better to cruise a bit then kill it -esp the all alum 96-02s...
