@thotkrime You have to eye ball it, they look a little bit bigger underwater so it can be hard to tell if they are legal or not. Usually that means passing on the ones that are on the borderline. The small ones also seem to be a little bit less skittish than the bigger guys.
I mean aside from measuring it, but I mean before you shoot it??
