    Great movie scene by W C Fields and the much married scandalous social diva, Peggy Hopkins Joyce. No one would ever imagine these two together in a bedroom!

  • Actually, this was recorded on April 4, 1933, and originally released on {American} Victor 24285...

    "Internationl House" in the Bedroom scene between W.C. Fields and Peggy Hokins Joyce.

    Also co-starred Burns and Allen, and Oh yes.... Franklin Pangborn being his usual hotel manager prissy self (Don't let the Posey fool you!) th movie takes place in Woo Hoo China, the song was suppoesedly played on the radio by Long Tung and his Manly Mandarin. Movie was directed by Eddie Sutherland (at the time Louise Brooks Husband.)Great record by Whiteman.

  • GREAT SONG! -- That's where I heard this song and I remember that seen. I never new what the name of this song was until now. I saw International House a few times (1970's) at Theater 80 St Marks in East Village. I always wondered what that tune was.
