Most people are just plain dumb, if the hearse has passed by and you see a string of cars with lights on, please assume its a funeral, Most cities now do not provide escorts, making it very difficult for an orderly procession, most PD's has stopped this respectful gesture for this reason. Punishment should be sever for interfering with funeral processions!

there are still many plausible explanations, including that your story isnt real. Sorry pal, unless you've got a scanner in your car, and can actually understand what it is they say, there is no way to make a judgement.
Uh..... the SUV was struck by the motorcycle. The Motorcycle cop should have been cited for causing a wreck. Perhaps the driver of the car HAD to get past the funeral procession for an emergency.

Those cop bikes weigh about 900-1100 pounds usually, so yeah, it would knock over that SUV at that speed.

Doesn't matter. The SUV did not yeild for on-comming traffic, procession or not. There was no stopsign or light for the cop.
Tickets could have been:
Failure to yield causing accident
Interfering with procession
