man how hard are you guys playing these sticks? i have a set of the black 7A dip i have literally been thrashing the hell out of them for 2, 3 hour band practises and for like over 2 weeks of playing at my house, i am a fairly heavy hitting drummer and was breaking a lot of sticks so i moved over to ahead but i got tired of the feeling of the metal, wood feels and sounds so much better so i picked a pair of these up and they are awesome! my next move is to the super 7A green dip maple sticks!

@SKINNER87 @SKINNER87 You should try getting the black grip they sell for Ahead,,,it's reallt good . because its really light and you're not going to be feeling the metal .Also tryy vic firth 5A's...Great sticks . Ive been using vic firth and tama . i thought they would've been thrashed in 2-3 months .. They've lasted me a good year ...and i think they''ll keep going.' O btw - if you want something REALLY light for TAMA 7A ..brilliant pair

@TheSHAYTARDREBELLION hey... yeah totally agree with u... vic firth sticks are a class apart froom zildjian.. didntt have vic firth that time..aand i guess these zildjians have served me well too...they havent broken till now..
but yeah ... its vic firth....then ahead (( cuz im a hard rok..metal drummer...)these r hardcore...and then pro mark ... wudnt rank zildjian too low though ... i guess they r good

@startrooper64 No they are not supposed to break but like I said drum sticks break and I stick might last forever and one might break after 5 hits. They are made of wood. You can not judge a stick if it breaks after two days. If they KEEP breaking then they are crap.
