All the videos posted as 'Uruk Hai' have comments stating that it is actually 'Ildjarn' not Uruk Hai. Can someone tell me the truth? Been looking for Uruk Hai footage or songs for ages...
According to Varg, they never recorded any songs, and only wrote about three, of which he can't remember properly. He said they were more death metal-ish. This is the Ildjarn demo 'Seven Harmonies of Unknown Truths'.
Burzum is the solo project of Varg Vikernes (born Kristian Larsson Vikernes, AKA Greven Grishnackh/Count Grishnackh, currently legally named Varg Qisling Larsson Vikernes). The band was initially known as Uruk-Hai, Varg Vikernes’ first band which he formed in 1988-89. I've been looking for it for ages too and I don't think its on here. I think the guy above is right (that Uruk-Hai never recorded anything). However if you want to listen to the song Uruk-Hai Varg is putting it on the new album but with a different name.
@666nargarothfreak666 Varg said Uruk Hai never recorded anything. They never did any demos. You can email him and ask him yourself. That's why there is none listed in the discography on his site. Uruk Hai was a death metal band that never went anywhere.
This music is evil, and scary, and freaky, but i love it.

Vikernes must have the most evil, most disturbing way of Black Metal singing.. even at that young age when Uruk Hai was born. I'm impressed.
