If anything, it wouldn't have a reply since a processor isn't a USB device and therefore doesn't follow the USB protocol in any way

heating a cofee with HALF A WATT (usb pwr = 5v 100mA = 0.5W) is about as possible as trying to make a liter of water boil with 3 matches.... talking about it, you can get a hundred candles for about 3bucks and one of them will do the job ten times faster than a usb connected processor (even by writing it i still can't beilive this bullshit) while a laptop processor can be usefull for a tons of fucking things but a cofee heater (still cant beilive)

Silly.  USB will output 100 mA if not "enumerated" which this won't. It is also 5V out, so total power: 100mA x 5V = 500 mW or HALF a watt. @Jeudaos if you think about it the answer is easy. Electricty causes head. So what you do is find something that can be charged by using a USB. He use a processor because it tends to work better and is easier to mod. (Plus it heats up quicker. But hell i use my Computer's charger transformer to keep my owes warm.

@Jeudaos You can use a peltier, but it's fragile. A better alternative is to get magnet wire(sold in electronic stores), wind it about 40 times around a tiny metal rod, sand the tips of the wire and solder the tips to the cable. It even doubles as a magnet.
