He's a solid defenseman, a stanley cup champion, and an olympian...but he dropped them and stood up for a teammate against a great pound for pound fighter who unfortunately doesn't do much more than make runs at people when the gloves are on. first of all, he took it off a long time ago, secondly, tootoo doesnt instigate fights as much, he just gets under their skin and they end up starting the fight,. usually, like in this case, tootoo throws a clean hit and the other team get bitchy.

3.the vizor is connected to the helmet and the helmet protects the side of the head from punches which is why almost every one wears there helmet in a fight.
