i dont think those lifts are as fast as they look. it looks a little too me that the video is set at a fast forward speed. notice how quickly the weights drop and how quickly his dynamic start is started from the ground to first pull.
Snatches were nice probably the best of all the 62's. Cleans you have the same problem as me, I don't think I can get past 120 til I correct mine. Seeya at AO.
Looks like you're swinging the bar out slightly on those max snatches... so you end up jumping forward, and then missing at max. PLENTY of pull for these, so hope you fix that up and aim for 120 :)

huh? That is funny! To think of it, I actually set the video in slow motion so that you can see my lifts, but apparently they are still too fast.

Snatches look amazingly fast. On the cleans you are really letting the weight crash on you. Great lifting.
