Be encouraged!!! I can tell you are spending sometime practicing, but I would totally recomend that you do it with a methronome(VERY IMPORTANT).
I've learned throughout the years that the simple is beautiful. I suggest that you buy any stuff from Vinnie Colaiuta, a great drummer, maybe the best I know, you will see what I'm talking about!
Don't be afraid to improvise.. also keep the tempo constant especially when doing a drum fill. Keep it up, it is good to serve the Lord through your drumming talent!! God bless you =)
