I grew up on this movie and absolutely love it. It is much more like a play than the 90's version with Collin Firth (although with time I have grown to love that one too).

People call this Darcy stiff, but here when he meets Elizabeth's aunt and uncle, he is all cordiality. At the end when he smiles and relaex around Elizabeth, we know he is not really that stiff, just unused to open people. I always felt that Elizabeth would hlep him change for the better.
