There are 2 MGS games for ps2, MGS2 and MGS3. I would get MGS3 because its the beginning of MGS series, if you get MGS2 you'll be confused[unless you played MGS1].

MGS has appeared on PS, Xbox and Gamecube, AND the 1st Metal Gear games appeared on NES.

Sony doesn't own Snake and MGS. Konami does.

It was also Kojima's request Snake feature. He's a huge Smash Bros fan.
