you guys have it al wrong. you get some leg, smash the bones and then bake. the bones add calcium and the meat protein. after baked poor a tiny bit of nuka cola for flavor and let it absorb. then cool it down for about a minute. then enjoy.

.....

so you grab some punga fruit and some wastelanders toes roast over a fire i prefer a barrel fire for about 20 minutes then take off the toenails and season a leg then cook that for 20 minutes along with the toes and punga grab a bottle of scotch

well heres a nice recepie i got from the good people of andale just take a limb bash it with a sledge several times pour some alcohol on it(your favorite type) and roast for 2 minutes it goes great with fresh raider eyes and roasted enclave fingers
