they should have had the electric companies just turn off all the power. That way people wouldnt have a choice. People were just too lazy to go walk to the front of their house and shut off the lights.

sadly nothing happened in chicago..I was out there since 7:30 and the only light that turned off was the street light in front of us. Did you guys notice that there were more cars on the streets because of this than anything.........
