Three Days Grace is a good band, and I start my workouts with this song because its good. But I don't claim to have an 'animal' inside me. Everyone that says shit like that is one of two things.

1: a 12yo emo who watches to much anime

2: a fucking hardcore drug addict that struggles to keep himself inline

The latter is how this song came to be if im not mistaken. I believe it was the lead singer, Adam Gontier, who had a drug problem but bounced back. Way to go Adam Gontier for taming the Animal
