I have to tell you this is my favorite protein drink now, as well. I'm addicted. I use a little less coffee since mine is espresso and I add a touch sugar-free vanilla syprup, too. YUMMY! I also love the Nectar Chocolate Truffle powder, it's my favorite.

WLS patients should closely monitor their caffeine intake since it is a mild diuretic and we already struggle with getting enough liquids. Plus, I'm pregnant so I do verrrry little caffeine, if at all.

GNC does not carry the Nectar line but Vitamin Shoppe does.

No, you can you regular coffee pre-op. Post of you should limit your caffeine intake because it is a mild diuretic and you'll already be trying to stay hydrated and get all your liquids in.

Rebecca your such a gentle shaker! LOL I shake that blender bottle like crazy when I make my shakes :) I use Click for my coffee protein mixed with choc of vanilla protein powder. This would probably be cheaper for me. I need to start experimenting.

Oh, I shook it like crazy off camera lol I'm not a "coffee" drinker really, I'm the kind that used to love the gas station cappuccino, like hot chocolate with a kick. lol We tried Click at our last support group meeting and I didn't care for it but the hard core coffee drinkers raved about it.

hmmm! I do something very similar except with hot full leaded coffee. I need to try the nectar chocolate truffle. The torani sf syrups are also very good in those!
