According to Stephen Fry people used to think that if you can lick your own elbow it means you'll live forever. Why couldnt Matt just reach his damn elbow, then he'd still be alive! :'(
I can lick my elbow, and I'm not double jointed. Just reeeeally flexible arms. I have yet to find an arm stretch that I can do with my arms that I can actually feel tension in my muscles.
