No, not about heroin. A band called the Velvet Undergound recorded the original in the 1960's titled "there she goes" the melody is the same but some of the words in the verses are chanced. This version I like better, than the one about a Hooker. because, it's given the full nostalgic sound treatment. 12 string and beat with great three part harmony. I still like the song anyway,no matter what you say.
