  • Ok first of all I'm not going to tell you to keep your opinion to yourself, you're entitled to that just as everyone else, but I dont see why or how you try to turn everything on the campus to represent Borens views and the "fact" that he was in skull and bones. What is your obsession with Boren and OU even? And my name is Taylor Britt since I see you called someone out for not posting their name

  • You people continue to insult me with your claim that I am "obsessed" with Boren -- who is an absolutely repulsive miscreant. If I am obsessed with anything, it is justice, which relies on truth. Boren is a liar and a buffoon. He is ruining OU financially and during his years it has become a lie machine. You refuse to see this. Take off your blinders. I am a native Oklahoman and OU graduate. It had its flaws when I attended there, but at least it was a REAL university.

  • Bushisame0 tries to discredit me by expressing doubt that Boren is a Skull and Bones member. He puts "fact" in quotes to indicate his doubt. I invite bushisame0 to see my video: 911 Suspect David Boren Admits to Being a Skull and Bones Member.

  • I am sorry Mr. Wright but I just didn't catch the connection between the Sphinx and death in this sculpture, is the duck supposed to represent death?

  • The bird IS dead. It is being held upside-down by the neck.

It was suggested to me that the bird might represent the dove of peace. As a U.S. Senator, Boren was very much a military hawk.

The OU "sphinx" has the exact physical characteristics of the demon of death in Greek mythology.

Boren is a member of Skull and Bones, the Yale secret society. See my youtube video about it. This was originally broadcast by ABC news, and presents evidence indicating that S&B is a Satanic cult.

  • I am actually quite fond of this sculpture. Keep your opinions and poor taste in artwork to yourself.

  • Damn, you Boren-lovers are so tyrannical -- just like boss Boren himself. Do you actually think I'm going to obey your order to "keep your opinions to yourself"? I know you're looking forward to the day when your slavemaster Boren will be able to consolidate a total dictatorship here and make you the doorman in his palace, but it just ain't gonna happen, fool. If you don't like my opinions, meathead, here's some advice for you: don't watch my videos !

  • Is it possible that they are gossiping about why the duck is dead?

  • Sir, I am not on his payroll. That's an absurd assumption. You just copied and pasted your last message for the rest of the reply. That's fine, honestly I am just frankly appalled by your distaste for a university that you attended. You also support your claims about Boren with borderline facts that are typically only partly true. Thats fine if you want to present your case in such fashion but honestly I am not sure you are making any clear point at all.

  • Your statement is nonsensical jibberish. What exactly is a "borderline fact" which is "only partly true"? Do you have any EVIDENCE to contradict any FACTUAL statements I have made about Boren? I don't mean suspicions or opinions I have voiced. I mean FACTUAL statements. I have presented much evidence in support of my suspicions and opinions. While howling many insults, none of the Boren-lovers yet have come up with any reason which would cause a rational person to discard my evidence.

  • Sir, you have falsely represented facts again. It is no surprise. President Boren resigned to become President of OU. Its pretty plain and clear. Now I am not in the business of battling a person of your stature on mediums such as youtube or facebook, but you are clearly misstating facts and trying to sway people based on quarter truths. Its interesting that you are so threatened by Boren's sexual preference(s). It serves no actual purpose to bash someone for being homosexual-if he even is.

  • You're a friend of queer Boren and probably on his payroll. It's a common queer tactic to try to silence anyone who says anything negative about ANYTHING ever done by ANY queer to insinuate that the critic himself is a "closet case"[yawn]. You have done this with your lie that I am "threatened" by Boren's "sexual preferances." You JERKS continually overlook the fact that I denounce Boren because he is a SEXUAL PREDATOR and wastes public funds putting unqualified young jerks on public payrolls.

  • Even if all of your "outlandish" examples of Boren's subliminal messages throughout the OU campus happened to be true, by pointing them out you are only causing myself and others to appreciate the genius of his plan. An evil genius is a genius nonetheless and deserves a title better than "fat-head" to be given to him by his enemies. Unless of course you are not a simple objector and have some kind of personal issue with him, perhaps jealousy? -STT

    Go ahead, critique me.

  • What do you mean "happen to be true"? The evidence is right there in the videos. Wgibbens saw it when she wrote that the sculpture is "clearly sexist and incoherent." She forgot to observe that this sexist art was a gift of Boren. Boren is no genius. If you think he is then you are more stupid than he. He is a man of mediocre intelligence and a pompous fathead. You people who try to trivialize me by suggesting that I am "jeolous" of this disgusting miscreant amuse me.

  • The sculpture is clearly sexist and incoherent. I seriously doubt that David Boren had anything to do with selecting it though... Its more likely that he doesn't know that it exists. Besides this, if he were up to something sinister, one would think he would choose a more powerful weapon than bad art...

  • You know very little of David Boren. Open your eyes. The plaque in front of it says that it was a "gift" of Boren. You are correct that it is sexist. Boren is a lying corrupt scoundrel and tyrant. He is also a woman-hater. He does not deserve your respect. He has either selected or approved of every new piece of junk which has cluttered this campus since he arrived. Unfortunately, the so-called "feminists" around OU are scared of this creampuff and never denounce anything sexist that he does.

  • Interesting... I think you may be reading a bit too much in that duck however.

  • See the links in the accompanying text for more examples of some of Boren's strange artwork. The "sphinx" is a particularly blatant example. It is obviously a representation of the ancient Greek demon of death. Boren is a member of Skull & Bones, which some critics have called a death cult.

  • Not only are you completely full of crap, but you are a creep.

You are 40 years old, stop hanging out in the library. You creep everyone out.

  • I see I have another stalker at OU. He observes that I "hang out in the library." Why are so many of these jerks obsessed with me? And by the way, fool, thanks for the compliment. I am 61. If you take good care of yourself, maybe you'll live that long and still look 20 years younger, pest.

  • you must be a catholic....anyways my interpretation of the statue is that the two shorter women are the gossips, but the tall one is the more mature of the three....she represents the male form when you take into consideration her height, i think it establishes borens mindset of men over women.... or its just a good sculpture with no value except beauty...ill put my money on the "thats a cool lookin statue" theory

  • Thank you for your comment. For the record, I am not a Catholic.

  • I have puzzled over this sculpture many times. Then I interpreted it as follows. The two short women are The Gossips. The tall woman with the fancy hat and the fur-collared jacket is their employer and she is admonishing the other two women for gossiping. The two shorter women, the one with the dead foul and the other with the basket, are domestic servants. The employer has caught her servants dawdling and gossiping in the marketplace when they should be performing their chores.

  • Thank you for your comment. One reason that I see the dead duck as a macabre symbol is because I see it as associated with Boren's "Sphinx" sculpture, which has all the characteristics of the Demon of Death in ancient Greek mythology. See part three of my "unauthorized tour" series.
