  • ha ha ha ha ha.............

you are very funny...you speak correct.

    :)

ps i'm vegetarian trying to stop his addiction to eat dairy(meternal milk).

  • And of course you're a capitalist too...

  • First of all, vegan animals have things called caecum witch help them digest the plants they eat by fermenting the carbs into fats. Humans have caecum too, but they are appendages that are extremely inefficient at fermenting plants because they are only the size of our pinkies, and they are prone to infection, and it often becomes necessary to have them removed.

  • Secondly, carnivorous animal also eat vegan animals. Does this mean that carnivorous animals also need to eat a vegan diet? What is the biological difference between a carnivore and an herbivore and let's classify humans based on scientific knowledge (tooth sharpness is not sufficient scientific knowledge).

  • Finally, humans have large brains and we are also bipedal. So, while primitive man does chase and jump after game, we can't just use our teeth, so we also use our brains to help us fashion tools to aid in the hunt.

  • HI there,

I found the Moringa at the local Farmers market, but the people selling it said you have to cook it. What is your opinion? Are the leaves edible in their raw state?

  • 7:37 HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH... GREAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Also, I read somewhere that Seaweed is actually not vegetarian/vegan because it often contains small amounts of fish... Is that true?

  • In the papers, it says that animals get their B12 from their own droppings. What do you say to that? Please reply, I need to get informed about this.

  • Even though spirulina contains B12 it does not increase vitamin b12 in the human body and does not reverse a vitamin b12 deficiency.Although it may reverse many symptoms often related to a vitamin b12 deficiency such as anemia. The only way to know if you,re deficient vegans or non vegans is getting tested.

  • @QDANGEROUS: Thanks, Love! Much obliged!

  • @BELLYDANZA85: Thank you, Love! Just doing me!

  • @RUBELT1: Doctah B is his size because that's the size that works for him and I am the size that I am because it works for me. Veganism has nothing to do with size as there is no one perfect size. Veganism is about eating a plant-based diet (for all nutritional needs). Just as meat eaters are skinny, thick, fat, etc. No one size describes or defines a meat-eater. Likewise, no one size describes or defines a vegan. Diet alone does not determine size. You are confused because you are ignorant.

  • @Dhealthstore I'm looking at indigenous native black and African people all over the world who are still living close to nature and eating as they should and none of them look like you or Doctah B. Yet if you compared them with each other they all fall in a certain similar range for height and weight.

  • @rubelt1 Stick to America when dealing with Americans. Our situation is unique to us. Plus, what does it matter anyway? Being skinny has not stopped me from attracting a beautiful wife, having a family, generating millions of dollars via my creativity, making a positive impact on people around the world, making a name for myself (via serving people); gaining respect and love from people all around the world, etc. The body transitions but your good works live for ever. Check your priorities!

  • how come you are soo skinny ? Is it a health condition or are you saying that when you become truly natural you look like that ? On one extreme you have doctah B who is obese but talks about eating right and then you are soo skinny but saying the same, I'm confused.

  • Djehuty you are changing the world!

  • thanks for this vid. clears it up totally

  • I know some people are consuming nutritional yeast for B12 as well

  • Outstanding!

  • Vitamin B12 deficiency is strongly associated with cognitive decline and brain atrophy, but I don't think it'll kill you.

  • will def use in a upcoming newsletter. Thx for reminding me that this topic needs covering.

  • yes positive IMPACT! LOVE!!! THANK YOU! MR. MAAT RA YOU R MY INSPIRATION!
