I was there last night...this place is breath taking!!!! BEAUTIFUL!

THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE, I WORKED HERE FOR 6 YEARS! AND REALLY ENJOYED THIS PLACE! I WAS IN EVERY ROOM AND STILL HAVE DREAMS IN THIS HOTEL. MY MEMORY IS FULL OF GREAT PICTURES, I TOOK THIS PLACE IN MY HEART, AND I MISSED IT VERY MUCH! I REMENBER TAKING THE SPIRAL STAIRS UP IN DOWN! USED TO WORK THIRD SHIFT FOR A SHORT TIME AND WALKED AROUND A 3 IN THE MORNING TO EVERY ROOM DELIVERING NEWS PAPER. I MISSED THIS HOTEL SO MUCH!

My wife and I have spent a lot of time at the Mission in. This is one of her very favorite places to go. I am a medium when I go to this place it is just charged with all sort's of energy. The chair that was made for president Taft is one of many hot spot's in this wonderful place.

oh yeah my mothers wedding was held there at the church of st francis and in the bridal dressing room, the honeymoon suite, and near the staircases i definately felt something wierd.

the garden in the sky is worth taking a look at. I went up there with my cousin,we saw a little girl playing in there. when I pointed her out,she had vanished.

In the main court yard off to the left is just a small wrought irion bend there are brase wings linked to what I belive to be 2nd world war Its hard to rember. some of the wings have dissapeared over the years and probaly alot stolen I need to jog my memory

do you have to go on a tour to see all of the Mission Inn?

I didn't...I just walked in and looked at it all...but with the tour you get to see some behind the scene stuff and get lots of information, so it is worth it

So you filmed all this, and not one other person was around? Can you pretty much go exploring all around? Can you go up to the different floors? Are there any parts that are off-limits?

I did...I just went into the elevator abd went upstairs and through the halls
