Two similar glitches happend to me.

First, I started attacking a mammoth which I thought was alone, and all of a sudden a giant and another mammoth flew through the air and started coming after me.

Another time, I was following Chief Yamarz (from the orc tribe outside of Riften), and he went off the path and jumped off this small cliff. As he was doing so, he flew through the air like in one of those cheesy chinese fighting movies XD

Happend to me a couple of times-- maybe i'm just (un)lucky. Also when i died and reloaded in a villiage the farmers came flying out of the sky to land right in front of me (like they were superman or something) then proceeded to act like they didn't just fall to earth. lol

Yea the same thing has happened to me.. its happened when two mammoths are right next to each other. Both step to the same spot and one goes up up up, and down to its death unless something is in the way..
