He DAs a lot when I solo, I like to switch to PDT set when only 1 shadow remaining since the MP lost from not having relic hat on doesn't matter anyway. Your videos have helped me a lot to learn how to solo, I picked up RDM/NIN 2 weeks ago and have become quite adept at it already, I'm giving SCNM sets to linkshells already trying to get stone mufflers :D Love your videos (and the music in them), shame you retired ><

Well I just killed Rapido yesterday the easy BLM + NIN way, so tomorrow, maybe the next day i'll buy 20 Boots to keep flee up 100% of the time and try it out.
I don't feel like videoing it. Here's how to solo on nin: NIN/THF with several powder boots to boost kill speed. Only melee with flee up. Start running away the moment you hit him every time. You'll outrun needles every time. Keep debuffs on him. Took me a little over an hour. (you cant outrun needles without flee speed) I hope this helps! (solo'd on thf too with several hi-pots for the occasional lucky hit)

It seems like it should be possible on NIN. Just need to keep it slowed, paralyzed, blinded, and poisoned for 10k HP, while not allowing it to land enough hits to reach 100 tp.
It's really not too difficult for RDM with fast-cast and constantly recasting Stoneskin. For NIN, I bet they could reach a pretty decent evasion rate to make up for the lack of Stoneskin/Fast-Cast.

I made 5mil soloing him on NIN. I bet my LS mates 1m gil each and 10 of them said it couldnt be done. 1/2 of them didnt pay...

The thing is NIN's poison will get resisted every cast.. even with full Skill gear, merits and HQ water staff. I got rested every single cast.
BUT NIN/BRD can land Requiem a very very little % of the time... NIN/BRD "COULD" do it with just Requiem but it would take ages.
