  • love your guitar !

  • I like my Bugera 333XL, but I am having a issues with Bugera on my tubes.. they opened my case but it has been a week and they only transfered to another person. I made a second case and they refuse to respond to my posts even after several days. I so far am loosing faith in Bugeras support.

I took it back to the store but it sounds like a huge stadium in there and they talked it down saying it sounds good. I asked them to test the tubes and Bias and they said they have to send it out..

  • how does it sound cleans ? and with a boss ds1 distortion pedal ? as boost or does ith have to go on clean ?

  • fantastic sound and playing!! can you give some more infos on how you set the rest of the controls for your sound??? middle trebble bass vollume input exc...

  • Definitely gonna get one once i can afford it :/

  • it all tube right? so i can roll back on the guitars volume nob to get cleans?

  • I have a couple of Les Pauls, one being a '05 Standard. Thanks for posting a great demo which really captures the tone I'd like to get from the V22. I think your video just helped me make my decision to buy one. Fucking great jam by the way!

  • I'm seriously looking at buying one of these over the fender deluxe. The bugera drive channel seems to have more punch than the deluxe and loves pedals. Your opinion?

  • @keithsa41 In order to get drive on the deluxe you have to crank it to earsplitting volumes. It's basically a clean amp.

  • nice playing :-)

  • Tuned in to check out the V22, but fell in love with your jam! Just killer, very nice playing!!

  • great sound, but are you using the bright input or the normal one?

  • i will buy a bugera? but v22 or v55??

  • Sound like a Rivera.

  • And too think I was going too buy a Blues JR 'tillI I seen this.No way I'm sold on this.

  • Would you happen to have backing track for this? Sounds awesome by the way. I have the same amp. I use my Les Paul, Tele, and PRS through it and it just cooks! I play mainly at Church and it is loud enough.

  • i love strats because they fit better in my hands but man if les pauls aren't the coolest looking guitars

  • nice jam I was wondering what you are using for the loop

  • hello dudes..i'm interested for this amp and I would like to know,if it's appropriate for hard rock sound (whitesnake, skid row..)..Do you think it's enough??Or I would need a metal zone pedal in addition??

  • I've never seen someone with no head play the guitar like that. Good job.

  • @lNllClK

It's not easy, having no head I have no idea what it sounds like but thanks for the positive feedback.

  • Thanks for putting this vid up. After seeing this vid, I went to GC and tried one out and loved it. I've had it about a month now, and I've got no complaints. It's a wonderful amp.

  • Yep enjoyed the tone.................one mean little amp and one mean player!

  • Good work..You have that Robben Ford essence...

  • playin in the A-minor exteneded pentatonic scale?

  • how reliable is this amp, cause i saw lots of of good/bad reviews on the reliability.

    thanks

  • @TheGuitareater

No problems so far. I changed the tubes because two of the stock 12ax7s were microphonic. Put an old Mullard in and it sounds even better.

  • I think you might have just sold me on it. I was on the edge until I saw this vid, since the others were all using Ibanez's or Strats and couldn't show me what kind of tone I'd get with my Les Paul. Nice playing.

  • @PlatypusVomit I use this amp with my Schecter Custom Tempest and it gets outstanding tones,I love mine!

  • @PlatypusVomit

Cool, it's a bargain amp. The clean is gorgeous too

  • @MrGGGuitar

After ~5 months with the amp, I'm happy I spent the money on it. It's got a fairly wide tonal range with the right tweaking of the controls, and it's loud enough for my needs. I mostly use it with an attenuator as a bedroom amp since I'm between bands right now, but I've jammed with others using it a few times and it's plenty loud enough to keep up with an enthusiastic drummer. Unfortunately I haven't gotten a chance to gig with it yet, though.

  • I have this amp and love it...

  • Nice playing. This amp is gonna put the boutiques out of business.

  • you have the amp set right were i like it i will try your settings clean at what bass at mid at master at what presence setting treb?

  • I was looking into buying this amp, do you recommend it?

    (Nice playing btw)

  • @SplaserStudios

    Definitely

  • is this amp enough to gig?

  • @MrManelCasanova

I've not tried but have heard plenty of people say it is.

  • @MrGGGuitar hey man would this work for GNR and slash stuff in general? what about Led Zep?

  • @MrManelCasanova For giging i suggest you the v 55. my friends got the v 22 and it isn't quite loud enough as long as you don't have a good pa

  • @MrManelCasanova - yes it is. 22 tube watts is pretty loud. But most gigs will end up micing you anyway. So with that theory you can gig with a 5 watter.

  • have you tried something towards hard rock(-ish) sound with the guitar? I'm getting a similar guitar and thinking 'bout upgrading the amplifier..

  • @Zebbie86 I use a Boss metal core ML2 pedel with mine, tuned way down and it gets down right midevil ,\m/

  • Nice playing!

How does this amp sound with the master cranked and gain rolled back? I'm wondering how the power tube distortion sounds.

    Regards,

    Stang

  • Tried that out and it sounds great, very vintage sounding, maybe sort of "bluesbreaker" like tone?

The gain needs to be at 1 or 2 though and with the volume and master cranked that is bloody loud!

  • sounds great! can you post a video of the les paul through the clean channel of the v22? that would be grand. =) haha thanks

  • Sounds like the allman bros. very nice

  • Thanks! Didn't try the v55, I wanted something low wattage so was thinking this or a blackstar ht5. Tried the ht5 but didn't really like anything about it, plus it's more expensive than this amp and has solid state overdrive whereas the bugera is valve/ tube. I bought this via Internet so hadn't played it until it arrived but I'm more than happy.

  • Wow, sounds good. Great recording and playing. Thanks. Just curious...did you try the V55?

  • Sounds SWEET dude!

  • @ace69er

    Thanks!
