I wouldn't like to see anything so small get in the way of your success as a first-class provider of computer management. Do get someone with a quick eye to check the rest of your website as soon as you can for the sake of your business.

Thankyou so much for spending you time to upload this. It's succinct, easy to follow and though I do not use Facebook, Twitter or Google+ I will big you up on my forum of choice and only recommend your service to my peers. After my currently installed (obviously useless) line of defence has finished scanning I will trundle straight over and buy my first ever non-free or trial version anti-virus.

Thank you, I have AVG Free and the first time I ran it, it didn't get the virus. In the middle of watching your video, while running the scan a second time it caught it! So even though I didn't get the chance to follow your instructions, thank you! I appreciated having the knowledge if my virus protector let me down.

My computer had this virus and I used the video for the 2010 version because it was the first video to come up when I searched "Security Shield" on Youtube. Worked just fine. But I watched this video too, after I saw your comment about a "green shield" instead of the blue one, just to make sure I didn't mess anything up. I don't think I did. I thought you might like to know that sometimes the shield is black, not green. Mine was black, and somewhat small. Thanks for the helpful videos!!! =^]
