Eventually it should come out, probably has already since you posted it 1 month ago. If not, then just wait a while. If you don't gag easily or if it doesn't come out in about another month then you could decide to simply take it out with a Q-tip or have this procedure done. They aren't harmful, unless you are somehow constantly gagging because of the interaction between the two.
