@TheJunkyardmessiah the previous owner of the private jet, when maintenance was done, did not properly tighten a bolt. That's all it took.

Previous owner/repair company paid for all damages... blades hit the pavement and were totaled, which ruined much of the engine, as the pilot had lower the front as he felt like he was sliding too fast would end up off the runway if he didn't.

The pilot was Dodgie Stockmart He's flown airplanes since he was about 12 with his dad who owned Twin Lakes Airport in Villa Rica GA(airport is now called Stockmart Airport).I worked with him back in the day and for exchange he gave me flight lessons back in the late 90s which I soon soloed in a C-152 from his privatly owned airport. Great man and I wish he was still around, he was killed in an experimental aircraft when the elevator linkages failed, him and a friend of his was in that aircraft.

Actually, its training to land without landing gear is a part of your multi-engine rating. Pilots train for it on their sims. Nothing new. But that was a good landing. Good thing the runway was long enough.
