IMO I go pse over Mathews these days. I have a dream season gx my buddy has the uf both shoot amazingly the uf is a bit faster and bit smoother on the draw. I almost bought a mr6 the other day but when I was handling it I noticed how top heavy it is. The draw cycle wasn't great. The draw was rough at 60 pounds not hard to pull back but not smooth at all. You hit a point where there is a huge spongeie feeling before you hit the wall at the end of draw cycle. Don't get me wrong the Mathews is a w
PSE > Mathews. More KE, more speed, better performance. Mathews is just a name. You don't pay more for more performance, obviously. You pay more for the name itself. Ive talked to so many people that has switched from Mathews to PSE over the past 3 years it aint funny....
@16browning16 When you shoot your "wonderful" PSE bow, wear safety glasses to protect your eyes and face from the busted limbs and flying splinters. The E.R visit will cost way more than a Mathews. Hell, you must be one of those guys who likes bunji jumping, hand grenade juggling, cliff diving, fire walking, and alligator wrestling. I get it, I get it.... You like flirting with dangerous/unpredictable things......PSE is perfect for you. :) Relax, just giving ya a hard time. Mathews>PSE IMO.
@snowmofrk13 You are right. You are not paying more money for a few f/p/s. What you are paying for with a Mathews is industry leading technology, stronger designs, better fit and finish, top flight warranty, and all around better contruction. I'm just not all that "into" flimsy, busted limbs. I wonder who will have buyer's remorse then?...Thought : "I should have payed more". Don't get me wrong PSE is a decent bow "FOR THE MONEY". Pay more = Get more. That's a simple fact of life.
@GLOCKCOPG23 i have shot them both mathews is not as "good" as people make them out to be dont get me wrong they make an amazing bow plenty good enough to shoot anything on the planet it is just for me pse makes the same bow for a better price i think mathews has let their name get to their and the buyers heads
@snowmofrk13 Hey, It's your money. Spend it on what you think is best. I'll do the same. For me= Mathews, Hoyt, or Bowtech. PSE makes a nice bow but I pay more to get the best the industry has to offer in all my equipment. Shimano reels, G Loomis rods, S&W revolvers, Sig Sauer/Glock pistols, Benelli shotguns, Rock River AR's. Get it? No "High point" pistols in my safe, as an example. Mathews smokes PSE IMO due to higher technology/superior design. Mathews doesn't copy but leads. Good luck Oct 1.
@GLOCKCOPG23 well i do agree with you on AR's ( im left hand thogh so i actually have a stag arms) and Glock pistols are the best and yes i love shimano reels to would love a G loomis but cant afford so i have st croix haha and i dont own a revolver so cant comment on that
Im going to bass pros shop tomorrow and im leaving the store with either the madness or diamond stud? New to archery and hunting. Shot both, diamond draw seems smoother but overall they both felt good. Comment please
i absolutely love this bow. it is worth every penny. the draw cycle on it is so smooth and it is still very fast. at 28" draw and 62lbs. with a 340 gr. arrow i am shootin right around 300 fps. overall owesome bow!

Awesome video, and cool new product.
I will be lookin into getting one for sure.
They look to be a hot ticket item and I like the idea of the speed for closer shots too as the animal can't jump your bow string noise as easily.
I shot my first Velvet Whitetail Buck last september with my PSE Crossbow.
I guided a Big Boar Black Bear Hunt on Vancouver Island and got the video of a Big Boar harvest with a PSE X-force.
PSE is awesome! *****
