I don't think so. You can only watch total solar eclipse in India, Burma, China and Pacific islands. People in other countries can only see partial solar eclipse.

no, it follows a belt like path, if you're not in the path, you're not going to see it, if your very close you will only get a partial eclipse, like Australia will only get a partial eclipse, worth watching though because its a long time till another.
