@Iceindra Yeah this game have ways to make it too easy. The fact that there is straight overpowered character/ class and that enemy don't level up with you. Is there any reason behind non scaling enemies beside promoting the fact that grind-fest get you everything.

@redhawkdown2 Some storyline battles do scale with you, but they're ones with just monsters. Trust me, I was level 80 on my no save file when I got to the one area (Finath river, or creek, or whatever for the first time) (and lacked equipment proper to the level), and the level 80 red and black chocobos slaughtered by party like it was nothing.

i had orlandu master the ninja class to have the dual wield then have him master the priest's regen then equip him with excalibur and save the queen, damn he was a one man army. he would just wipe out everybody in seconds.

There's a glitch that can be exploited to duplicate certain weapons. It makes use of the knight class, the ninja two swords ability, and the shop's best fit option. Equip the desired weapon in the left hand, a shield in the right, equip the two swords ability, go to a shop that sells weapons of the same type and select the best fit option for the character with the item and it should duplicate it.

I also thought it funny that we had the same abilities equiped. To master squire you have to be hit with ultima while in the squire job to learn it and to master summoner you have to be hit with... Zodiark I think. It's an awesome summon.

make ramza a lancer, and learn him only vert jump 8 and horizontal 8 (now he can jump as far as possible)

learn the samurai skill two hands, and move+2 or teleport, or move+3 (from ehhh thief, time mage or dancer/bard)

now try to get either a holy lance (poach a sacred, poaching is melee killing a monster with the secret hunt abillity (from a thief) ) sacreds are bull demons, so invite a bull demon (mediators invite skill, must be mediator to talk to monster (or u gotta use monster talk) brb!

just breed some bull demons untill u get a sacred (or be lucky enough to find one in the wild) now kill it with a character with secret hunt (melee attacks only) and go to a fur shop, most trade cities have a fur shop (u still gotta have secret hunt on to enter a fur shop) sometimes u can buy a holy lance for killing a sacred, sometimes a phoenix down.

thats why u gotta save if u have a sacred in ur party. but with the holy lance u can hit around 900 (i made 999 :D) more info is comin xD

its the strongest lance in game but its a pain to get, i can explain all that but that would take 4 hours XD. just google neveleska temple (something like that) in that lvl theres the best shield and the best spear in the whole damn game. but ul need worker 8 or reis for that (just google fft characters worker 8 ( or reis) )

and ehh try to get a calculator ( google how, rather hard to get, worth it tough) and make him a black mage after! 1 more message

now for ur knight u should give him the ninja two sword ability, now try to get knight swords (google google google :D, fft weapons, knight sword) and a sec ability steal (u gotta get EACH steal skill (since some ppl have really good items (chantage=immorality for females)) some battles have the best weapons u can only get there (just google again)

and ehh, try to get a time mage with item as sec abbility with a throw abillity.

if you would've had a couple chaos blades, the battle would have gone a lot faster. when i faced altima, ramza had a chaos blade and excalibur. 400+ damage per sword. of course ramza had lots of items to boost attack.

It's a weird (and long) trick to do dude... To be honest, i don't really remember exactly. I just remember that you must visit all the taverns several times in a certain order. After it, you can find Cloud's sword at the summit of the "Volcano" stage ( you need this sword to use Cloud's specials abilities). Write "Final Fantasy Tactics GameFaqs walkthrough" or "Final Fantasy Tactics IGN walkthrough for more details.

when I did this my main char was a samurai, and I used the four knighs. Orlandu, the Holy Swordsmen, Beowulf, the Templar Knight, The female White Knight or watever, and the last one i forget who. Beowulf really shines on this fight, i remember him doing like 800 to the last boss with drain sword or watever
