  • thanks for the invite. :)

finaly a fresh prob band with nice, new ideas. hope to see ya in europ some day ;)

  • Wow. That's the fastest I've ever been sold on a band. Will definitely be checking you folks out. Thanks!

  • ditch the random lines praising how good this band, theyre good but dont hype them to be the best thing ever

  • @ArcanaTube The text "lines" at the start of the video are all quotes taken from various album Reviews in Magazines. Many thanks and hopefully you can enjoy our sound more and what we are doing.

  • very interesting

  • Thanks for the recent friend invite. I sent a link of this vid over to my dad and he's now bought your album :)

As for me, I love what I've managed to listen to so far through Spotify and once I have some cash I'll be buying your album as well :)

  • Beautyful mind thinking music just great.

  • love the artistic style, your creativity is inspiring, keep up the good work

  • wow without the friend invite, I would of never heard you guys. Great Music by the way!! I thought Tool was as progressive as it gets until now. I have one question if you would not mind answering. What does Enochian Theory mean. Thx and keep ip the GREAT work!

  • @Crazydogzep

Thank you for checking us out and we're glad you enjoy our music.

To us, Enochian Theory means that all religion and science (for the most parts) are just theories...we do not know any better...so, as with a lot of things we encounter in life...it's a case of making up your own mind about our origins and where we'll end up.

The acronym for the band is obviously E.T, which as we know, means extra terrestrial...so , that's another thing to consider when thinking about the beginning.

  • @enochiantheoryband thx for the reply :)

  • Wow, awesome music guys, keep it up, we need some fucking amazing bands rather than all the crap we get here nowadays =)

  • Damn, some fresh and well-executed music! Gotta dig in to this...

  • This kinda reminds me of Tool. I like it.

  • @TheSupermonkeypants FUCKER that what I was going to say jk but I was going to say that tho

  • haha when i got a friend request i was like, oh great another amateur band trying to promote itself... its been a month since that and i finally decided to listen to you guys..what can i say? love the drumplay, love the vocals, love the transitional guitar... theres nothing there to not like. you guys arent amateur in the least. you guys have mastered your music and then started sharing it. i respect that, and i listen to you daily. i would buy anything you guys sell, and i wish you the best.

  • beginning reminds me of Opeth, nice!

  • amazing...

  • We really need good grass...

  • Creative and interesting sound!

  • I have commented on here before just after I bought the album and I have to say that as a child of late 60's / early 70's prog rock and now I have had the time to re listen and savour many times over this to be one my all time favourite albums.....well along with a couple of others from Yes, Nightwish and Agalloch.

  • What song by you guys should I listen to if i'm a first time listener? I listen to mostly progressive rock anyway. :P

  • @cjgone2 Everything has its own sound in a way, but check out "Movement" and our new forthcoming single "The Fire Around The Lotus". Many thanks for your support, please join us on Facebook to interact with us more.

  • @enochiantheoryband

    Sounded good; liked on facebook.

  • Shows my ignorance. Didn' t even know Prog Rock was still around! Thought it ended in 1979! Glad that you're keeping tradition up guys. Can hear 'Epic' Metal influences too (although that's fairly new to me). Don't worry about those giving you grief - they're just jealous. I LOVE to hear creative British Bands on the rise. Portsmouth will NOT just be famous for a Dock Yard! Clue is in the title. Keep PROGRESSING!

  • @jezkn

haha, it's still alive and kicking...albiet in many different forms.

I'm not sure what to call us really, but I guess 'prog' is a loose term because it implies 'forward movement' in the music...and let's face it, we aren't a verse/chorus/verse kinda band.

    :-D

And we never worry about anyone giving us grief, cannot please everyone and neither shall we try.

You either get us or don't...it's the same for everything.

    As for Portsmouth...hahaha, we'll see!

    - Ben

  • Glad I stumbled across this :),this is good stuff I just sent the link to my bands guitarist too :P so I've done my bit to help your fan base ha :D

  • @amevilee

Thanks for the support and spreading the word!

Hope everyone you share it with likes what we do.

  • @enochiantheoryband thanks for the friend invite heard you music and wow

  • Fantastic guys! Usually, I don't like progressive... Most of the prog bands I've heard are so focus in make monster guitar/bass/drum/keys solos that finally, don't sound nice.. But bands like you, sounds very different!! And I like it SO MUCH! Reminds me to Porcupine Tree... A lot, mystic, mysterious, apocalyptic and so... Deep...

Well, what more if you like the Steven Wilson himself? That says a lot.

    Excellent work!

  • @afroditapunk

Thanks for the kind comments, Afroditapunk.

We prefer to write songs and leave the OTT widdling to the other guys...as we're not fans of writing pointless 9 minute solos!

    ;-)

And yes, having Steve Wilson listen to our CD and send us a personal comment was a little eye opener for us.

Nice to know he had the time to listen and then respond.

    :-)

  • No, this is definitely inside the box. It's everything you've ever heard, with guitar effects we've all heard before, and melodies we've all heard before, with every song sounding nearly the same.

  • @SweetPawsMcGenty

Ahhh...but isn't it the same with all music?

    Everything has been done before.

  • @enochiantheoryband I think you guys are really cute, and I'd love to have your babies, but this music isn't for me. I should know, I created music 20,000 years ago in a cave with a rock and a stick. Did anyone ever tell you that I'm pretentious, too?

  • @SweetPawsMcGenty

How can we have a loving relationship when you don't like our music?

Sure...you want our babies...but that's just sex, right?

    RIGHT!?

And besides, I cannot consider anything like this when it would seem (by your own admission) that you were personally responsible for metalcore...stick...rock...whack...beatdown...ugggghhh...

    *shudders*

  • how can i get the album in america?

  • @socalkevinz - You can order via our online store, we ship worldwide.

  • great!

  • Thumbs up for the new thumbs up Ò_ó

  • Hello Everyone.. Just to let you all know that we are finishing off the eagerly awaited short film music video for "The Fire Around The Lotus".. This will be released for the start of March 2011..

  • Is it just me or does this have a tool feel to it?! Finally I got a friend invite from someones channel I can actually enjoy .

  • @sleek462 definitely a HUGE Tool influence here, That's a good thing...now all we need Lady G2aga to get on board and we're good.

  • @dancingforrain2012 get lady gaga on board ...? That's the last thing this band needs ..

  • @sleek462 yeah that's not what I meant...What I meant was we need Lady Gaga to sound more like TOOL...or be influenced by TOOL...I actually had a dream last night that Maynard paid the Bikini Bandits to kidnap Justin Bieber so he could watch them take turns raping him in the ass with strap-ons while he sipped wine made from Arizona grapes.

  • @dancingforrain2012 I was about to say your crazy if you think that haha. Yeah I agree with you I'm tired of hearing all these mainstream artists talking about the same thing in their music drugs, violence, sex etc .. You should make a note of that dream so you'll never forget about it haha

  • @dancingforrain2012

    yes...ummm...quite.

I suggest not eating cheese before bed...or laying off the crack, smakc and Burt Bacharach.

Either way should help with the 'dreams'.

Don't thank me...I had the same problem...

    :-D

  • Love it!

  • awesome...

  • WOW!!!!!!! is there a shortcut for repeat???

  • Very interesting artist

  • Thanks to invite me to be your friend

  • @keithblabbermouth It could may well of been fate.. many thanks for the support and very happy to hear you enjoy what we are doing, please tell everyone you know about the band.

  • Really great music!

The sound reminds me a lot of "In The Woods..." a Norwegian Prog-Metal band.

    Did you hear of them?

  • @TwoHornedP

    Hi TwoHorned.

I'm personally an old 'BM' fan...and was well aware of 'In The Woods' back in the day.

I loved the more progressive bands that came from the BM scene in the mid-late 90's...I'm a massive ULVER fan and love anything that Kristoff puts out...mostly!

Anywho...Tchort and co have done some good things musically...although I found the more DM stuff a bit dull overall.

Thanks for listening to us and I hope you continue to keep an eye on us.

    - Ben

  • @enochiantheoryband

    thanks for the reply!

Good to know that you like old BM. I'm just about to start with Ulver

and it seems like it's worth taking time for their music, too...

You're really making some quality music,

nowadays there should be more bands like this!

    Keep it up!

  • @TwoHornedP

You're welcome, if someone posts something interesting...then I try to reply.

    Your comment aroused my interest.

    :-)

Thanks again for the kind comment and we hope to continue making music that can be appreciated by rock and metal fans out there.

The new album is going to be even better we hope!

    ;-)

    - Ben

  • Nice

  • You guys are pretty full of yourselves...

  • @BathosMetalDrummer If your referring to the text at the start of the video, they are quotes taken from album Reviews in Magazines. Many thanks and hope you can enjoy our sound and what we are doing.

  • This is so beautiful and inspiring

  • what is that song 0:00-0:35

  • The song is called 'The Dimensionless Monologue' (part 1).

    Thanks for listening.

  • Comment removed

  • @enochiantheoryband whats the song that begins in 00:40?

  • @PanagosGr33kG134EVER 00:40 - The Dimensionless Monologue pt2 00:28 - Tedium.

  • @enochiantheoryband tnx. i checked much of ur staff and I like it very much. That song I asked about sound influenced by Devin Townsend who is also my favourite progressive artist until now. I hope u get more known bc su rly deserve it xD
