Sure you can. It might take more tapping than just a couple times because there are a lot of layers (we call them "aspects") You can go to the free site EFTwords (dot com) and enter all your feelings there and it will give you the words to say as you tap. You will probably also have to work with the actual break up event there too.

Thanks... well, I feel it's important to remain me... and not try to be something I'm not - even if I do grow and change - it's the truth to how I am now - and that's what I feel the audience deserves - so thanks.
