I saw Johnny Winter at Shepton Mallet blues festival in 1970; I was 14 years old and totally blown away, I've never forgotten that gig or the event; it was a pretty big deal for a kid of that age , particularly all those years ago. At the same event I saw Zeppelin, John Mayall with Peter Green and many other legends. wow!.
Johnny is back!! I had the pleasure of doing gigs with pat in the Tampa bay area-he is great and can sing too! Dump Montgomery and pick up Pat!! God bless Johnny!!
Pat is SUCH a more powerful player than James Montgomery, the guy who's usually touring with Johnny these days. It's insane that the ghouls running Johnny's tours don't keep Pat on the payroll full-time.
THIS IS A TRUE THING!!PASTE THIS MESSAGE INTO 3 COMMENTS AND HIT ALT F4 AND YOUR CRUSSHES NAME WILL APPEAR!!it will be a little scary at first but its cool!!
YEAH Johnny Winter Alive and Well cause He's a Bluesman..Saw him March 24th at The Bronson Centre in Ottawa AWESOME!!!! Check out my review of the concert...Major Tom Hagen.

Pat's harp solo on "White Hot and Blue" is as good of a blues solo as I've ever heard on harp.
And I've heard more than a few.
