  • If you grate the onion immediately before or after the potato, it helps prevent the potato from turning brown.

  • They sound absolutely delish; "thick and crunchy," yum!

    And that fish is too funny!

  • (As Maimonides liked to say) "Know", I did not cook them, just described the process. I make them once, sometimes twice, a year. But they are beyond good.
