@Sambabalsanne Yeah, I never thought of that, I work in construction, and on the rare occasion I have a big lunch, I am not that same, can not bend over with a tool pouch as easily, or run up and down ladders and scaffolding etc. And big meals tend to make you too thirsty, you drink way too much water, are bloated the rest of the day...
