  • that was so stupid

  • eso no es una casa pequeña, vayan a la villa soldati y veran lo que es una......tambien en India.

  • like it except the bathroom... why using stainless steel for the wall and floor? it will get rusty and ugly..

  • @nuniksify actually stainless steel does not rust and is very easy to clean. its why everything in a butchers department at the store is made out of it

  • @nuniksify seeing as how stainless steel does not easily rust or stain, I assume they'll be fine

  • they totally banged off camera

  • ok im good no grate at building and i can build that for wayyyyy cheeper

  • You paid to much idiot!! I am building twice that size for $7500.

  • $45,000....HAHAHA LMFAO....Yeah right!

  • PARTY AT JAY'S HOUSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

  • @katherinedk1 you killed it!!!!

  • @DXReviews69

... true what you said. I could last 2 days tops, and no more in one of these. Then I would go bonkers.

  • remember with new rvs they have an insulation of R7 not so great windows, these homes you can make them R11+ and be in extream cold weather and still be cofable

  • These homes are just too small to be practical or comfortable in.

I'd go crazy after a short while -- you need to roam around, stretch and move. These are glorified prison cells. Sorry.

  • @cheeriosinabowl "I'd go crazy after a short while" - Look into these people's eyes. They HAVE gone crazy!

  • i would consider a trailer if your not into doll-houses.....cheaper and easier to sell

  • I live in Los Angeles CA. do you think if i need a building permit??

  • Cripes!! 45k? I can buy a 1600 sq ft house for 50k here

  • @jeremiah3754 - where are you talking about?

  • @SURVIVALISTNUTCASE Louisiana, also in Idaho too. My coworker lives there and just got a nice new place

  • He should of hooked up with that chick, as she ask the question, he should of started feathering her hair with his hand worked his way to her neck and pulled her in for a kiss, to show how the house would work for scamming on chicks.

  • @SingJiya - how do you know he didnt? lol

  • where was the shower etc?

  • @TheFameKidz2011 Didnt you watch the movie?

  • look at the first 25 seconds of this, the great Maradona calls Bush 'a piece of grabage' says it all about your fucked up country you have gone from a nazi dictator to a nigerian plank and there is still nothing you can do about it.

  • Check out the Tumbleweed site to get some context on that price. Actually, just let me paste the important part. Directly from the Epu (this house) section:

Ready made: $45,997 Build it yourself: $19,950

  • It would be awesome if it had a basement

  • this house is way expensive for what it is you could build that for 1/8 of that price

  • @seume Exactly!! I have a company that builds just about the exact same thing, we only charge 9,000 for our base price but honestly we could probably build one for about 6 or 7 thousand.

  • @Genghiskhan44

I would but I would buy a real house after we are married so we can have a family. lol. There's nothing wrong with this small house. It's actually pretty smart because you have your own place with more privacy than you would have in an apt complex and don't have to worry about rent each month considering it's the price of a car. lol... And if u get married & keep it, you can rent it, or use it as a pool house or something.

  • Women, answer this question for me: Would you, or would you not, marry a guy who lived in one of these?

  • @GenghisKhan44

umm why marry? why not just hang together for 10 years or so? lol

its just a certificate, and i see people cheating all the time

and if you're a smart woman, you'd have one of these and park it alongside your guy's :D

  • @lynx218 So because everyone else has no moral or spiritual backbone, I should be like them?

Although that each of us having a separate house thing would be great for space...

  • @lynx218

This is what the world has come to? You must be a brain washed american.

  • @wearethefuture3030

id rather be "brain washed" free american

    than an oppressed asshole

  • @alternativepnk

lol a free american, do they exist? maybe on the plains and prairies well over 100+ years ago, not anymore you're slaves to the capatlist movement. you are brain washed into consuming and following the ways of 'celebrities', look like them, talk like them, act like them, BUY THIS PRODUCT, cheat on your partner, feel bad buy and feel good. I guess by oppressed asshole you mean middle east? believe what you see on cnn, msnbc, fox news, its all garbage and warping your mind.

  • @wearethefuture3030

nope. not american. and i have better manners than some racist person who goes around bravely on youtube getting personally offensive with strangers behind the false safety of anonymous monikers. if you had to deal with 60-80 divorce cases per month at work for the past 12 years, you'll come around to my way of thinking eventually. i am not american, and i think they have some issues too, but i don't go blasting them just because they were born on a different continent.

  • $40,000.00?!!? RIP OFF!!!

Truly a fool and his money are soon parted! You could have gotten 4 or more of these size buildings.

  • Allot of people spend there whole lives working to pay a mortgage.

  • The thing they didn't touch on is that the house is built on a trailer so that it is easily transported. That is where the true novelty comes in. And since its on a trailer housing laws does not apply, it still has hall the legal liabilities that a trailer has.

  • that house sucks!

  • He neglects to tell you that these houses are illegal in most counties.

  • it's 20,000 to build it yourself, 45,000 for them to build it for you

  • I like the idea, but his house doesn't cost a 45,000... it's kinda ovious. I would make his idea a little bit bigger... just not THAT small.

  • That one is pretty nice , u can make one for $15,000 easy enough

  • This guy is crazy, $45,000.00 for a 96 square foot house?

    .

If you pay more than $8,000.00 for this house means that you are a grade A, 100% moron.

  • $45,000.00 FOR 96 SQUARE FEET = YOU ARE A MORON!

If you pay one cent more than $10,000 for this house you are a complete 100%, Grade A MORON!

  • 45 grand?!?!? ......... he´s insane!

  • so fucking stupid who wants something like tht for 45,000 dollers? you could build one for 45 dollers

  • @rodents1000 I will you 90, build me one

  • THIS GUY OVER PRICE HIS HOUSE TO MUCH. I CAN BUILD IT FOR ABOUT $10, OR UNDER. ,

  • @luverdude I ll pay you 20, build me one

  • Actually, houses on trailers can go just about anywhere. You can park behind someone's house... If it's on wheels, it's not regulated.

  • $450 / SQ FT.

    $450 / SQ FT.

Four hundred and fifty dollars per square foot.

    It's a 96 SQ FT RV, it's not a house, & it costs $45000.

$45000 gets me just the RV, no land.

Because it's a RV, I can't put it on just any piece of land. I'll have to find land that's zoned for a trailer. I probably won't find land like that in town.

$450 / SQ FT, for something that depreciates & makes me live in a trailer neighborhood in the sticks.

    Sorry, I'm just digesting this.

  • id rather have a 500 sq feet house

  • Hes a very very smart man!!!!

    A very nice house!

I could be willing to acctully live like that!!!

Why dont`t we have this small smart houses in Sweden!

  • yd she ask is it a chick magnet 4 it u k the s word

  • You could buy a real nice used motorhome for less than $45,000.

  • @scoash1 my grand parents have a $600,000 40 foot luxury alpha

  • @runegamer002 Oh yeah, My parents live in a 1978 Mobil Home with wood heat on the Grand River. They have about 2.5 acres of land and a net worth of about $20,000. All the catfish you can eat. Beer is just an 8 minute boat ride. Sounds kinda like Heaven. I live in a room above my leather shop and $600,000 would almost retire me at the age of 27.

  • @scoash1 ok.....

  • @runegamer002 Im trying to be a smart ass and "ok..." is all I can get out of you. I need step up my game.

  • @scoash1 ok with a insulation value of r7.5, these you can make them r11+

  • Much cheaper to just get a used camper or convert an old bus. I lived in a school bus for three years and it had a lot more room than that! Still have it even after I finished my house.

  • Not a good idea. Over-priced at $45,000. You can buy a full size house for that price. A full size house appreciates generally, which makes it an investment. Where would put all of your stuff? Not a good idea for full-time living.

  • Everyone knows you can rent an apartment for less money. But you only have to pay for this house ONCE (no monthly rent).

Plus, no landlord, no roommate, no neighbors, no mortgage, no property tax, and the energy bill is less than $10 a month.

Not to mention, the place isn't a shithole.

  • @keyboardplaya there could be property tax for the land that it's parked on. Some states charge property taxes to mobile homes.

  • I think this house is just like a laptop. Since it's smaller and more portable, it's more expensive, but just as laptops have the advantages of portability, so does this house. Though, the 45K price includes some pretty high end stuff like the stainless steel countertops. You could easily lower the price by downgrading in materials and building it yourself. I believe a woman in Washington built her house (designed by Jay) for $10,000.

  • 45k , only an idiot would pay that much!!!!

  • I wonder how much this guy pays in property taxes, since it's on wheels... does he pay annual license like a mobile home?

  • hey that's gay shafer

  • @laithnour wow, you're a moron.

  • I would not pay $45,000 for a house that small, you can get a house at that price, it might not be new, but it would be bigger for that price. I just can't see anyone paying that much for a small house like that. I mean its very nice, but not for no $45,000. sorry but not worth it.

  • @blade75964 i know, it's crazy how much prices have changed, my mom bought her house like 25 years ago and it was like $21,000 two stories. geezz i guess my generation is gonna have to stay home with mommy, there's no other choice lol, back in the day ppl could move out at 18 and rent an app, uhmm now a days, not happening!

  • its a small world after all.its a small world after all.its a small small world.

  • hmmm interesting

  • if u type in worlds smallest house this lady built hers for 10,000 buks

  • If you have a back yard, you already have a house

  • 45,000 ? wow.... no thank you

  • @ElliotJoffe I agree with you 100% on that, No Thank you.

  • $45k!!!!!!???

If I can produce these in my garage for $5k and convince morons to fork over $45 GRAND, I think I may have just found a new career.

  • @unclesonnyonutube visit the site to know more about these houses....

  • @TumbleweedHouses

Ive seen your channel and dozens of your videos, but mainly just for ideas. I cant see forking over 45k for 96sqft.

For 45k I can build a 4 shipping container home off the grid and have enough left over to make one of these. Im not the type to pay out the nose for labor when I have the carpenter and metal skills to do it myself. Besides, building it myself is so much more rewarding, and I know the quailty will be good.

  • @unclesonnyonutube - We sell the plans so that you can save on the labor costs. When we build a house the labor costs are certainly the most expensive part of it. One of the great things about our houses is they can be made in your back yard by folks like you.

  • One great thing about a tiny house is that you can not bring big babes home. haha

Also I believe that lady would like a little more time in that loft of yours.

  • Wonder if he meant including the land

  • hmm i think 45k is too expensived thou.

  • that host (the guy) is not funny, there was only 1 akward chuckle

  • Any body catch the fact that he takes cold showers, gravity fed by that small water container in his bedroom?

  • why do they make it such a big deal as the smallest house its pretty much a trailer

  • watch "stuck in vermont, tiny house" better

  • u could build it for no more than 10 thousand

  • i bet i can build a house that size and make it cheaper then 8,000 dollars

  • I can try for k4,5. That dude has some menthal ussues i think.

  • @supertoaster7 where can you buy one for less than $10,000?

  • @supertoaster7 I agree, except for the trailer part. you know this is a trailer right? that part is an automatic like $5,000 right there, just that bit. I'd say you could build this house "all decked out" for $20,000 yourself.

  • yeah with no ac or heat or hot water

  • $45,000 is the cheapest house in the area? LOL

Um.... Let's break that down.... 100 sq. ft is $4500 per sq. ft. Um.... The most expensive construction, ***** stuff is $1500 sq. ft at best. Way over the top $3000 sq. ft. but that will include 300 acres and your own runway.

$4000 for the trailer it sits on, a trip to Home Depot and $7000 cash builds this shack.

  • i say a big houde id cooler

  • I say go for shipping containers.

  • @idrobinhood I know your post is over a year old, but I,m actually thinkin' about doin' that! I can buy the shippin' containers for about $2,000 apiece from Louisiana! Here in Mississippi I could build a house for like less than $10,000!

  • i want to live in a tiny house !!!

  • At $469/sq. ft., it's a really bad idea. What county is he living in where the houses are more expensive than $469/sq. ft?

  • Why is it $45,000?! You can build a real house for 100k. Or you can build a Cob house or a house out of other recycled materials for under 10k.

  • I have just looked on his webite. That is what it costs if they build then ship it to you. If you build it yourself it cuts the price in half.

  • this is a add for a houde built on a car trailer for 30,000 ... my camper i live in is 3 times the size ...lol

  • I was hoping they would make whoooopie.

  • just get a RV.

  • Thats my dream home. How much is the heating like, 10$ a month?

  • 6$ in the winter(from another video)

  • This is awesome!!

  • How can i buy one. I love it. I live in Ontario Canada

  • Penny Pincher cabins. I came across this site last night.
