Nicely done, note perfect, on time and the authentic Gershwin version. I like your left hand emphasizing the 'stepping down' nature of the composition. I suggest a little emphasis on dynamics so it sounds more dramatic and warmer. It's a wonderful, moody composition - a favorite of mine. My dad used to play it with great passion and feeling. You are lucky to be able to play it so well!

Not bad, but the thing is with song transcriptions, is that you need to imagine that you're singing them! would you sing a slow jazz song completely straight in rhythm? have a listen to some singers performing this, and how free their rhythm is! =)
