@Gtingboy No for the second time, it was a clogged line running out the carb. Thanks for claiming you know more than me about my own quad though! Read the post, its been fixed for over a year...why are people still posting on how to fix it?
failing all of that, i would say an air-leak somewhere.... manifold or throttle slider? way too much air would cause it to run very hot, and very erratically...
can you please eloborate...this makes ALOT of sense since it started working with a new air/fuel screw with a new 0 ring...how should it be connected to the needle?
put out your air filter and spread a cab cleaner inside

clean your carb, the exact same thing was happening to me, cleaned it now it runs mint

@Gtingboy This had nothing to do with the inside of the carb, its been fixed for almost a year.

happened to mine but i took it down the road to i go and he sorted it. And mrjonah14 my clutch is slipping it could be cuz u put the wrond oil in.

um, it is possibly some shit in the small idling jet in the carb. but you also turned it down to low to soon, turn it up just a tiny bit.

its either the idleing pin or the pilot screw. you can read about these in manuals and,or on google about the pilot screw and how to set
