I bought the Captiva for the holidays, after using it for a week or so it developed a knock/pop in the foot “pedal”. I contacted Yowza and they said they were sending a replacement part (12/19/2011).As of 1/12/12, I have not received the part. Although I am happy with the machine, I feel they have not rectified a defective part in a timely manner.
