Love your hair and yes the Aphogee works wonders but like beautiful4days said ease up on the usage. I believe it actually suppose to be applied to the hair every 6 weeks because you can have a protein overload which causes breakage. So not a fun time if you can't tell I've learned from horrible experience lol..

Meditation helps. Even if you take five or ten minutes out of your day to do some deep breathing and clearing your mind. Challenge yourself to do it for like a month or so. You will be changed. FYI, I am totally in the same place. Keep us posted and good luck.

Sounds good, that's the same routine I'm pretty much doing. I do the protein Treatment one sunday CJ Repair Me, deep condition on sunday KBB Lucious Locks, then use the MJ super sweetback one sunday, then start over the protein treatment again. I don't straighten either, Thanksgiving is my straightening anniversary, you can make it.

be careful with the Aphogee Protein treatment!! it works wonders , but it can also break your hair off. U should only use that treament once a month or less. ur hair looks fab tho!

I don't really understand the problem you have with your hair which seems to be if not perfect, gorgeous. I agree with most of comments, protein should be done once a month, if and only if your hair needs it. Then you hair gives me an idea of how mine will be soon (it grows up). Don't forget to moisturize it daily. Did you try sheamoisture? It is not available in France but I hear good reviews on this brand and I'd like to try it. Greatings from France.

becareful with the protien. You might be using it too much but if it works for you then that's good . You hair looks really nice.

you should only do that once a month. after the protien treatment you should do the deep cond immediately after just because you do it so often it might "overdose" your hair. . .

@macat15 : Yea I've been leaving the conditioner that comes with the protien treatment on my hair for like 2 hours after im finished. Llike I said in the video its hard for me to stick to a hair care regime... LOL, I just found another product that Im going to be trying instead... crazy I know.

I am in the same place, they call this time spiritual awakening. U are on your way to a higher level of consciouness, everything changes it seems, and u don't feel the same way about things as u used to. U may even feel tired or sick and if u go to the doctor they will find nothing wrong.
