I just have to ask if your back a knees hurt the day after? Only because when you were doing the dead lifts you used a bar that really isn't meant for them and had to bend down and extra few inches which probably hurt you more than it did any good. Just ask ing.
Yes. That was before I got the OLY bar and my back killed me after that. Knees were fine though. I strongly recommend you get a good bar AND train deadlifts for a while before trying this challenge. It was stupid of me to jump straight into it like that. I may try this again soon now that I know what I'm doing

Ok thats good and what I figured. Yea I played football for all four years in high school so I am very familiar with deadlifts and their proper form.
