  • U better get some1 to help u, u are going to injure urself. The motion is really bad, alot of kipping and cheating. Stop now before u hurt urself really bad...

  • I just have to ask if your back a knees hurt the day after? Only because when you were doing the dead lifts you used a bar that really isn't meant for them and had to bend down and extra few inches which probably hurt you more than it did any good. Just ask ing.

  • Yes. That was before I got the OLY bar and my back killed me after that. Knees were fine though. I strongly recommend you get a good bar AND train deadlifts for a while before trying this challenge. It was stupid of me to jump straight into it like that. I may try this again soon now that I know what I'm doing

  • Ok thats good and what I figured. Yea I played football for all four years in high school so I am very familiar with deadlifts and their proper form.

  • Yeah keep us posted. I'm trying to set up a small gym in England based on the same principles so I would like to be able to do it too.

  • Good effort though. Shows everyone how hard it is and gives the rest of us hope rather than seeing hardcore marines complete it in no time.
