But yes, I agree that borders need to be negotiated ASAP so it's agreed upon where Israel can build and where it should not. Once that's decided, Israel can do again what it already did in Gaza. But first, there must be a cessation of threat emanating from the territories. That's not how it worked in Gaza, unfortunately.
