I just found this quote at a website, "I live in a small city called Ryugasaki .... After the earthquake I went for a little stroll round the town assessing damage. Thankfully not too much to buildings externally".
Tsunechi's YouTube page says his hometown is Ryugasaki in Ibaraki prefecture. Ryugasaki is more than 20 miles from the ocean so it should be safe from tsunami. The tsunami seems to be the main source of destruction in Japan. Ryugasaki is about 30 miles northeast of Tokyo.
Is he alright?

Ryugasaki, Tsunechi's hometown, had milder earthquake than Tokyo so hopefully this dear family is okay.
