good job! i appreciate anyone who can do-it-themselves... but honestly, everything you are fixing / modding on this loader is already done on a Rotor. Just buy a Rotor, the best $180 youll ever spend and it will work forever. Halos are not bad but they are a bitch to clean/take apart and they are made of a very brittle plastic... a Halo snapping off at the feedneck is VERY common, unfortunately :(

Although I commend you for your creativity. If I were you, I would buy a used high-end hopper from craigslist. You will be surprised who sells what in your local area for cheap prices. I have a Vlocity, Reloader B2, Halo B, Ricochet Apache and two Revolution loaders. I never spent no more than $40 for any of them.

@TheMedievalMan this is true!! my first REAL gun was a used '07 PMR i got for $180, slapped a JJ 14" barrel and a (new) Halo and it RIPPED!! later i swapped all the plastic bits (grip frame, etc) for aluminum ones, upgraded the barrel, played with it some more and sold it for $300. ZING! lol

Its not that bad of a hopper it wont break a ball and the constant feed if for quicker out of the gate or something like that it is annoying as fuck and i dont suggest it for speedball players

you should just get an eggy 3 as ur nxt hoper and upgrade ur gun to a pianha gti PLUS RAMPAGE BORD. and then if you rely want to get into it get a dye rotor and an invert mini or slg. unless u wnt a pro gun and also make sure you use NITRO vry importent not co2. if you have any questions you can ask me?

First of all, HPA (Low pressure so u dont get a pressure spike and blow your Noid pricey mistake) not N2. Rotor is good but it will do the same job as a volocity at 70-90 bucks cheaper. Get a good mask, you cant see you cant play, Get pants, get cleats, podpack, Then think about your gun maybe get a used gun for like 300 bucks you can normally get a pretty good gun for that.

i just got the same hopper at walmart for 20. i dont have tht problem for some reasond. wen its on and i stop the balls nothing happens they just continue to cycle, and u would only worry about the noise if u were playing woodsball, in tht case you have the wrong setup.

Spyders do not suck. Every one i have seen owned even the more high priced guns. Tippmann as well. I own two spyders and a tippmann all are my starting out guns and will be with me till the end. You just cant admit you paid alot for a gun that is the equal of every other gun out there.

While Spyders are the best gear, I find them pretty good. I'm 16 and I make my money mowing my lawn....... I don't get much money in a month, so to save up for a gun over 300 would take almost a year and a half. I just bought a VS2 because it was in my price range and I had been saving for it, I love my gun because I paid for it with my own money. Remember, it's not the gear that makes a good player.

ya...mine is modified exacally like that, but, I put an 18v battery, and it doubles the speed!!!...not to brag, but, I can walk the trigger faster than 18 bps, so if you double the power, it doubles the speed, and NO MORE CHOPS!!!
