@DarkChildMuzik Compressor, a little bit of reverb and delay. The vocals are two mono channels hard panned left and right (the second one delayed 15-18ms for creating the Haas effect)

@ratpa123 The NT1a is very very quite mic (it's the world's quietest mic!!) and can give you excellent results on vocals, guitars, piano, pretty much anything. I haven't used AT 4040 but I hear very good things about that mic, too. I believe that you have to try them both(if you can), and choose what do you think is right for your needs.
