There are many other COLB's that have the 'accepted' marked on the COLB. Until it's 'accepted', it's not a legally satisfying document. AOL is absolutely a liberal owned site. The kind of COLB Obama got from Hawaii in 2007 is NOT a copy of something they got for him when he was a baby. In Hawaii they computer-generate a COLB for everyone who asks for a Birth Certificate. The COLB is a certification of the original birth documents and states that the person was born alive and where. Obama's says he was born in Honolulu. If he had a certification of foreign birth it would show where he was born in a foreign country.
I never said Indonesian school records are proof of citizenship. But they do indeed list him as an "Indonesian citizen", leaving one hell of a question to be asked. As for perkins COIE, the only other cases Obama has used them in was anti Obama Ads during 2008. Any other cases would've been brought to light by now (this leaves over 1mil for eligibility cases with this lawfirm alone). As Nolan said, filed by registrar is what is on the form that the State of Hawaii uses. Perkins Cole has represented Obama in LOTS of lawsuits. They have also represented the DNC and Obama For America. That 1.7 million is an accumulation of all of their expenses, not just birther lawsuits. Indonesian school records are not legal documents. Under both Indonesian and U.S. law, Obama could not have legally been an Indonesian citizen. It would not say Honolulu if he wasn't born there.

There are many other COLB's that have the 'accepted' marked on the COLB. Until it's 'accepted', it's not a legally satisfying document. AOL is absolutely a liberal owned site. Birth announcements would be triggered even if he WASN'T born there, even through a Cert of late or foreign birth. This links back to the many loopholes Hi DoH has had.

The kind of COLB Obama got from Hawaii in 2007 is NOT a copy of something they got for him when he was a baby. In Hawaii they computer-generate a COLB for everyone who asks for a Birth Certificate. The COLB is a certification of the original birth documents and states that the person was born alive and where. Obama's says he was born in Honolulu. If he had a certification of foreign birth it would show where he was born in a foreign country.

As for perkins COIE, the only other cases Obama has used them in was anti Obama Ads during 2008. Any other cases would've been brought to light by now (this leaves over 1mil for eligibility cases with this lawfirm alone). It's not a difference in opinion, it is the difference between reality and fantasy. Biden was still eligible to be VP, regardless of Obama's eligibility. Even if you somehow get rid of Biden as well, Pelosi is next in line, not some special election. The Constitution states that the SOLE process for removal is either through impeachment or the process for declaring the President incompetent. Both of those involve just Congress, not the Courts and not some special election.

Gingrich was blasting Clinton for infidelity when he was a disloyal husband as well. When you preach family values, and then you have an affair, it is relevant because it goes against what you say you stand for. It proves you a hypocrite, and untrustworthy. That is relevant.

Right now, I'm reading a biography on President Jackson, good or bad, his wife, his mother, his Secretary of War's wife, were all attacked by sex scandals and it all got it in the way having a real discussion of what was going on. It doesn't get anything done unless they're attacking people on a family value thing. There's no reason to attack people's private sex life, even if they cheat on their spouse. Marriage is a complex thing. We shouldn't just other people on that success, or lack of.

The "kenyan birth certificate" was completely blown apart. It was on paper not used, ink that wasnt used, typeset that wasnt used, mentioned cities that were not named what they are today, mentioned parts of Kenya that at the time of his birth were not part of Kenya. Meanwhile, there is a birth certificate validated by the state of Hawaii, there are newspapers dating from a couple days after his birth with a birth announcement.
