@supertweek89 It's Essgee Entertainment's 1994 production and you can get from ABC shops or on the Essgee website. Similar versions of The Mikado and HMS Pinafore are also avaliable.
An old English G&S traditionalist of 'many summers', I found this by accident and Oh Boy! Am I glad I did!! I sat up 'till the wee small hours rocking with laughter. This is what is needed to stop G&S from becomeing (as it has here) as dead as Latin. Good on yer! Everyone, even the chorus, are fantastic performers! Mr Gilbert might not approve, but the size and reaction of the audience would get Mr. D'Oyly Carte's seal of approval. I'm ordering DVD's from ABC.
This one is the funniest version I've found! I love it! I'm doing the part of the Major-General in May and I want to do it this way, or at least close to it. This guy is hysterical!
When the pirates are dressed as branches from a bush the pirate king has a little parrot on the tip of his sword and one of the other pirates says cuckoo a few times the pirate king turns to him and mouths it's a parrot. I saw that on the DVD of this version that i have. I thought it was funny.
@tigrrr12 Thanks! You're doing a fantastic job, really. It's a fantastic and funny masterpiece. I didn't know it untill few months ago., and I must say that I really like it. Do your best, but take your time.Easy, easy ... and cheer up!

What episode was that?
catwomen5io 3 years ago
It was 'Peter's Got Woods', where Peter makes friends with James Woods!
Brian and Peter sing this!
It's classic!

I saw a scene like this in family guy. In Peter's got woods, Brian sings from 2:31, then ends with peter singing "through the trees".

He's doing a kneeling-like pose. as he brings himself up, look at the white under garments, you'll see his knee jutting out in his clothes.
