You can also hear this whole song if you deliberately lose to Smithers, or restart. You automatically start the mission over actually in your car, so you can hear it in its entirety, at least until it ends and the second song plays.

You don't realy hear this because it starts playing on this mission but changes once you get in the car so you only probably hear about 3 seconds of it. Kinda weird if you ask me.

I think there's a glith in the game when you start this mission. The music changes for a little while and then selects a soundtrack
