I'm annoyed that JMS said "no more lost tales". He told us if we bought the DVD, and made it success, there would be DVDs 2 and 3 and 4 coming

It was a success. Warners was all set to make more DVDs, but JMS suddenly changed his mind. I feel like a promise has been broken

@electrictroy2010 That's not how it happened. JMS wanted to make more lost tales but WB wouldn't give him the budget or the resources, they just wanted him to churn out B5 related stuff. JMS said that it was hell to do because he was so limited and now he will only do more B5 stuff if it has the right budget. So blame WB. You have to admire his principles, he could get a wage and just churn out stuff but he said not unless he can do it right.

@thatguywiththeegg Not necessarily. Remember, it took eight whole years, but this did eventually come out in 2007. Who knows? Maybe Warner Bros will give JMS the funding he wants to continue with this. Or possibly a Crusade or Legend of the Rangers reboot, though it's hard to see a full spin off series coming out with so many cast members dead.

Are there plans for space stations like Babylon 5?. If at least partial gravity can be achieve, large size space stations like it could be built in orbit of each [planet in the Solar System. Or are the Space Station plans more like the one of Deep Space 9 or the elongated ones in Gundam?. When could a large space station like it be built based in our current capabilities?.

The one from DS9 is pure fantasy and unlikely to ever be built, as are the massive ones from Gundam. B5 was based on a desgin proposed by an engineer for NASA and isnt that far out of our reach to build now, except for sheer cost to get the project going.

The music from each series was meant to portray the story arcs of that particular season. Seasons 1 and 2 music were based more on exploration, while it picked up in season 3 to convey the arrival of the Shadow war.

This music piece, to me, portrays more the human accomplishment of what transpired in the past and wonder of adventure and mystery awaiting the new crew in the future.
