I always loved Nancy Argenta's recording of this aria. However, this one is even more beautiful. More intense, more quiet, even more peaceful. Kussmaul's strings play so soft, too. In short: That's the way you want to die. Thank you, Maestro Quasthoff.

BWV 82a is a version for a female voice as far as I know. It should be BWV 82.
